Accommodation on Tuesday 10 June 2008 is included in the price of your conference ticket. The first 200 ticket reservations will stay at the Grand Hotel, Brighton. Late ticket bookers will be placed in similar quality accommodation at a hotel next to The Grand.

Awards Dinner - Lounge suit, black tie optional
Payment Policy: Delegate fees must be paid in full before the event. Admission will be refused to delegates if payment has not been received. Bookings made after 4 June 2008 must be paid by credit card or cheque.
Cancellations: A full refund less £100 +VAT administration charge will be made for cancellations notified in writing before 9 May 2008. We regret that no refunds can be made after this date. Substitute delegates are welcome.
Accommodation: Priority for staying at The Grand will be given to delegates in strict order of booking. Once all rooms in The Grand have been allocated, delegates will be accommodated in nearby hotels of a similar quality.
