The pinnacle event of the year for service and IT support professionals, the Service Desk & IT Support Excellence Awards are now in their 13th year. It's where the industry's outstanding achievements by leaders, analysts, service and support teams and technology suppliers are celebrated and rewarded. During the afternoon of the Conference on 10 June, the Support Excellence Team Award finalists will present their case studies to the 300 strong conference delegation. Every delegate will have the opportunity to vote for the team they believe should win! Every delegate's vote makes a valuable contribution to the judges' final decision which is announced at the Awards dinner and ceremony.

The evening starts with drinks reception at 19.30, dinner at 20.00, followed by the Awards presentation ceremony, entertainment and dancing until the early hours and the last person leaves!.
