| At the finalist stage, judges will contact a sample of your key customers to gain detailed independent feedback on your performance – from the ITT through to installation, after-sales customer care and on-going client support. |
| Customer feedback will be supplemented with further independent information from HDI members. All will be asked the same questions so we can gain an accurate benchmark of vendor service in order to determine the winner. |
| You should write at least 200 words - and no more than 500 - for each of the judging criteria and, where possible, provide supporting evidence such as customer newsletters, advertising, performance data, testimonials and any other material that demonstrates your achievement of service excellence. |
| Winning vendors will gain significant opportunities for marketing and PR, and the coveted position of the best of the very best in the industry. |
